Our clients' results
Health Centar conducted a study of 400 participants who were using Health Centar treatments for the first time. The participants were mainly highly educated men and women aged 18 to 65. The aim of the study was to examine how Health Centar treatments affect clients' psychophysical condition.

The problems that started to develop after vaccination were frightening; for me, someone who had never had such problems in my life, they were something completely new and unexpected. The reactions started the second day after vaccination and lasted a full nine months, with varying intensity, the worst being from the sixth to the eighth month after vaccination. The side effects included dizziness, headaches, strong pressure in the neck and head, panic attacks, weakness, nausea, insomnia, ringing in the ears, general weakness, fatigue, depression and anxiety. I had a series of tests, from MRI and CT scans of the head, a heart ultrasound, ECG and EEG to blood tests… various cardiologists, neurologists and psychiatrists could not determine the real cause of my problems, so they classified them as psychological. I ended up on various pills – for blood pressure, sedatives, antidepressants and so on – but none of the conventional medicines helped much (each treated the effect, but not the cause). After a series of unsuccessful attempts at treatment with medication, I sought help in alternative medicine, and while researching online I came across Health Centar purely by chance. Honestly, I didn't know what to expect (and I couldn't expect much after everything that had happened); I just wanted these side effects to ease at least a little. But after almost two months of regular weekly therapies, something completely unexpected happened – all the symptoms disappeared completely! I got a strong energy “boost” after every therapy. I started sleeping normally. I still can't believe it was all worth it and that I can finally breathe “with full lungs” again, and for that I am extremely grateful to the Health Centar team. The Health Centar staff are truly very professional and kind. I would advise anyone with long-term effects after vaccination or after recovering from COVID-19 to come to Health Centar for treatments, because they really boost your energy and solve problems at the root, in a completely painless, pleasant and holistic way.

I found out about Health Centar completely by chance while searching online. I contacted them, and from the very first call I was met with a very kind approach, patience and professional expertise. I have problems with a slow metabolism, cellulite and fluid retention. Although the centre didn't offer the treatment I was looking for, after a conversation I quickly decided on an alternative programme, and in just 10 days I achieved visible results, not only physically but mentally too. The fluid in my body started moving, I began losing weight, and I felt completely relaxed and optimistic. I found out about Health Centar online. I was looking for a natural solution for my painful back and neck. I have been coming to Health Centar for roughly 10 months over a period of 36 months, as I am a seafarer and am not always able to be in Zagreb. I got far more results than I expected. I feel better mentally. I used to go to bed between 3 and 7 in the morning; now I go to bed earlier, no later than 11 at night. I used to wake up between noon and 3 in the afternoon, which has changed to 9 in the morning. I quit smoking after 17 years and cut down on alcohol. I expect an even greater improvement in my quality of life with further treatments, and to give up alcohol completely this year, 2022. I thank the Health Centar staff for their patience.

I found out about Health Centar through my employer. I had problems with my spine because for many years I hadn't been sitting properly. I noticed it when looking at some photos: even though I remember trying to stand up straight, from my perspective, I was actually hunched over. I have been going to Health Centar for a treatment once a month for the past year. I am very happy with the results, because it is now much easier for me to notice when I am hunched and straighten up. This is especially important when I am sitting, as sitting makes up most of my working day. Over the next few years, I hope to improve the results even further so that my spine is under less strain and sitting correctly becomes almost completely natural. For the last 15 years, I have had Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, disc protrusion, constant lower back pain, sciatica and knee osteoarthritis. I don't move enough because my job requires long periods of sitting, and this makes my health problems worse. Physiotherapy helps, but not as much as I would like. One day I overdid it carrying heavy bags and my back seized up. In that great pain, I searched online for something new that could help me, and that is how I found Health Centar. My first visit to Health Centar was very pleasant. Their rooms always smell lovely of essential oils and radiate calm. The package of energy massages was put together by the staff; each person arranges their own package according to their needs and wishes. I felt small changes after the very first treatment, and after a week the constant pain had eased and I had more energy. It is now much easier for me to manage my daily tasks. The staff's approach is very kind and pleasant, and adapted to the clients' everyday activities. A warm recommendation to anyone who puts their own needs last – it's time to become aware of them before it's too late.
