ONLINE BOOKING TERMS
1. General provisions
These Online Booking Terms set out how appointments for services provided by Health Centar are booked, changed and cancelled. Health Centar is operated by the company HEALING j.d.o.o., Radnička cesta 20A, 10 000 Zagreb, OIB: 70257615076.
Appointments can be booked online through the booking system Simply Schedule Appointments, integrated into the Health Centar website.
By using the online booking system, the user confirms that they are familiar with these Online Booking Terms.
2. How to book an appointment
Appointments can be booked using the online form available on the website healthcentar.com.
When booking, the user chooses the desired service and an available date and time, and enters the required contact details.
The following information may be requested for the booking:
- your full name,
- email address,
- phone or mobile number,
- any notes or additional information the user wishes to provide.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered when booking.
3. Booking confirmation
After a successful booking, the user may receive an appointment confirmation at the email address provided when booking.
The confirmation may contain details of the selected service, the date and time of the appointment, and a link through which the booking can be managed.
The booking is considered confirmed when it has been successfully recorded in the Health Centar booking system, or when a booking confirmation has been sent to the user, if such confirmation is enabled.
Advance payment may be required for certain services. In that case, the appointment is considered finally confirmed after successful payment, if this was stated when booking.
4. Changing an appointment
The user can request to change a booked appointment using the link to modify the booking, which may be available in the booking confirmation.
Changing an appointment depends on the availability of new appointments.
When a booking is changed, the previously selected appointment may be released and replaced with a new one.
If the user cannot change the appointment themselves using the link provided, they can contact Health Centar by phone or email.
5. Cancelling an appointment
The user can cancel a booked appointment using the cancellation link available in the booking confirmation or by contacting Health Centar in another way.
We kindly ask users to cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, so that the appointment can be offered to another client.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as for no-shows without prior notice, Health Centar may apply rules regarding charges, refunds or the possibility of rebooking, depending on the type of service and method of payment.
6. Missing an appointment
If the user does not attend a booked appointment and has not cancelled or changed it beforehand, the booking may be recorded as a no-show.
In the event of a no-show, Health Centar reserves the right to apply the relevant charging rules or to limit future bookings, especially in the case of repeated no-shows.
If the user is unable to attend an appointment for a justified reason, we recommend contacting Health Centar as soon as possible.
7. Arriving late
We kindly ask users to arrive a few minutes early for their appointment.
In the event of late arrival, the treatment may be shortened to avoid delaying the following appointments.
In the event of significant late arrival, Health Centar may assess whether the agreed service can be provided in the remaining time or whether the appointment needs to be rescheduled.
8. Booking a service with a gift voucher
If the user books an appointment using a purchased gift voucher, they must present a valid gift voucher or other proof of entitlement to the service upon arrival.
Booking an appointment does not extend the validity period of the gift voucher.
The terms of use, including the validity period and any restrictions, are determined by the terms of the specific gift voucher.
9. Changes or cancellation by Health Centar
Health Centar reserves the right to change or cancel a booked appointment in justified circumstances, for example due to staff illness, technical reasons, unforeseen circumstances or other reasons that make it impossible to provide the agreed service.
In such cases, Health Centar will, where possible, notify the user in good time and offer a new available appointment or another suitable solution.

11. Processing of personal data
Information entered when booking online is processed for the purpose of receiving, managing and carrying out the booking, communicating with the user and fulfilling related obligations.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and the Health Centar Privacy Policy.

12. Technical difficulties
Health Centar cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the online booking system in the event of technical difficulties, internet outages, system maintenance or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
If online booking is not possible, the user can contact Health Centar by phone or email.
13. Acceptance of the Online Booking Terms
Before completing the booking, the user may be asked to confirm that they have read and accepted these Online Booking Terms.
It is recommended that a link to these Terms and the General Terms and Conditions be placed next to the booking form.
14. Changes to the Terms
Health Centar reserves the right to amend these Online Booking Terms to reflect changes in the way services are provided, the booking system or the applicable regulations.
The current version of the Terms will be published on the Health Centar website.
15. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
