COMPLAINTS

HEALING j.d.o.o. strives to provide its customers with high-quality services and to ensure professional and fair business conduct. If you are dissatisfied with a service, product, order or any other aspect of our business, you have the right to submit a complaint.

1. How to submit a complaint

You can submit a complaint:

So that we can handle your complaint as efficiently as possible, we recommend that you include:

  • your full name,
  • your contact details,
  • the date of purchase, booking or use of the service, if applicable,
  • the order number or other details that allow the case to be identified, if available,
  • a clear description of the reason for the complaint,
  • your request, i.e. how you would like the matter to be resolved.

2. Complaints about services

If you believe that a service was not performed properly or you have another reason to be dissatisfied with the service provided, please submit your complaint without undue delay so that the matter can be considered in a timely manner.

Depending on the nature of the complaint, Health Centar will consider all relevant circumstances, send you a response and, where justified, offer an appropriate solution.

3. Complaints about purchases and gift vouchers

Complaints about purchases made through the online shop, gift vouchers, orders, delivery of electronic gift vouchers or other products and services can be submitted through the communication channels listed above.

When submitting a complaint, please include, where possible, the order number or other details that allow the purchase to be verified.

4. Response to complaints

HEALING j.d.o.o. will confirm receipt of a written complaint and respond to it within 15 days of receiving the complaint, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

The response will contain a statement on whether the complaint is justified and, where necessary, information on how it will be resolved.

5. Record of complaints

Information about complaints received is processed and stored in accordance with the applicable regulations on personal data protection and other relevant regulations.

Personal data processed while handling a complaint is used solely to process and resolve the specific request, to fulfil legal obligations and to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the company and its customers.

6. Competent authority and further consumer protection

If you are not satisfied with the way your complaint has been resolved, you may contact the competent authorities and exercise other rights you have under the applicable consumer protection regulations.

For out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, you can use the competent authorities and accredited bodies for alternative dispute resolution, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
