Energy exercises are an excellent way to start the day with positive energy and a balanced body and mind. This specially designed programme of guided exercises offers not only a physical boost but also a deeply holistic experience that brings in the benefits of nature.
The morning exercises take place in a natural setting, which further enhances their positive effect. Fresh air, the calming sounds of nature and a sense of connection with your surroundings create the ideal atmosphere for revitalisation. The exercises are suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level, offering a chance to bring body and mind into harmony.
The aim of these exercises is not only physical strengthening but also release from stress and negative energy. Through gentle but effective movements, they stimulate circulation, strengthen the immune system and relieve back pain. During the session, special attention is paid to mental clarity, better concentration and emotional balance.
