General provisions<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4631224 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4631224\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">These Gift Voucher Purchase and Use Terms set out the rules for the purchase, issue, delivery and use of Health Centar gift vouchers and for booking services with them.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Gift vouchers are available through the Health Centar online shop and can be used for services provided by <strong>HEALING j.d.o.o.<\/strong>, Radni\u010dka cesta 20A, 10 000 Zagreb.<\/p><p>By purchasing a gift voucher, the buyer accepts these Terms as well as the Health Centar General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4931e89 elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4931e89\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeIn&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Types of gift vouchers<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-66b92fa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"66b92fa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Health Centar offers various types of gift vouchers in its online shop:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><strong>Gift vouchers<\/strong> \u2013 vouchers of a specific monetary value, available in values from <strong>\u20ac40.00 to \u20ac2,300.00<\/strong>;<\/li><li><strong>Gift treatments<\/strong> \u2013 gift vouchers for a specific service or treatment;<\/li><li><strong>Health Centar programmes<\/strong> \u2013 gift vouchers for specially designed Health Centar programmes and service packages.<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The content, value and terms of use of each gift voucher are stated with the specific product in the online shop.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A gift voucher may be used only for the service, treatment or programme for which it was issued, or up to the value stated on the voucher, depending on the type of gift voucher purchased.<\/p><p>The terms of use of individual vouchers may differ depending on the type of product and are considered an integral part of the offer shown in the online shop.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-86850eb elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"86850eb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeIn&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Purchasing a gift voucher<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4f44969 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4f44969\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Gift vouchers can be purchased through the Health Centar online shop.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">When purchasing, the buyer chooses:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>the type of gift voucher,<\/li><li>the value of the gift voucher, where this option is offered,<\/li><li>the number of gift vouchers,<\/li><li>the details needed for delivery,<\/li><li>the recipient's details, where applicable,<\/li><li>a message to appear on the gift voucher, if this option is available.<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><p>The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered when purchasing, especially the email address to which the gift voucher is to be delivered.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-65c6df0 elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"65c6df0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeIn&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Using the gift voucher<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f849d23 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f849d23\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The gift voucher may be used by the person who holds it, regardless of who made the purchase, unless otherwise expressly stated for a particular gift voucher.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The gift voucher must be presented when using the service, or its validity must be verifiable at the request of Health Centar staff.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The gift voucher can be used for the services stated on the voucher or, for value vouchers, for services that can be paid for with its value.<\/p><p>The list of services may change, and use of the voucher is subject to the availability of individual services and appointments.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5977767 elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5977767\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeIn&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">9. Booking an appointment with a gift voucher<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-78f010a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"78f010a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">To use a gift voucher, you need to book an appointment in advance, unless Health Centar expressly specifies otherwise for a particular service.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Appointments can be booked through the online booking system or by contacting Health Centar.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">When booking, please mention that the service will be paid for with a gift voucher.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Booking an appointment does not extend the validity period of the gift voucher.<\/p><p>The gift voucher must be valid on the day the service is used.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d97becc elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d97becc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeIn&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">10. Cancelling a booked appointment<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4ef0019 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4ef0019\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">If the user cannot attend a booked appointment, they must cancel or change it in good time.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Bookings made with a gift voucher are subject to the <strong>Health Centar Online Booking Terms<\/strong>, including the rules on cancellation, late arrival and no-shows.<\/p><p>In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, Health Centar may apply the rules set out in the Online Booking Terms.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9518fd2 elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9518fd2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeIn&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">11. Using a value voucher for a more expensive service<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-98f5e93 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"98f5e93\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">If the price of the selected service is higher than the remaining amount on the gift voucher, the user can pay the difference up to the full price of the service using another available payment method.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">If the price of the service is lower than the value of the gift voucher, the remaining amount can be used for other services, if the type and value of the specific gift voucher allow it.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-984527f elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"984527f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeIn&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">12. Loss or unauthorised use of the voucher<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f161b56 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f161b56\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The buyer or user is responsible for keeping the details and link needed to use the virtual gift voucher safe.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In the event of loss, unauthorised use or forwarding of the gift voucher to a third party, Health Centar is not liable for the use of the voucher if it was used before Health Centar was notified of the problem in good time.<\/p><p>If there is reasonable suspicion that a gift voucher is being misused, Health Centar may request additional verification of details before providing the service.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cf6ccf3 elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cf6ccf3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeIn&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">14.
